Marcello Pozzoni joins Egis as U.S. Chief Financial Officer

Egis is pleased to announce that Marcello Pozzoni has joined the firm as U.S. Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 25 years of finance and business leadership experience.

Throughout his career, Marcello has held senior leadership positions with global organizations, including Adecco Group and SGS. He has partnered closely with executive and operational leaders to strengthen financial and operational disciplines, support strategic initiatives, and guide organizations through periods of transformation.

Marcello will serve as a key member of the U.S. leadership team, partnering across the organization to advance strategic priorities and support the company’s continued growth.

He holds a degree in Economics and Business from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
