Jeff Meyer Promoted to West Region CEI Practice Lead

Please join us in congratulating Jeff Meyer, PE, on his promotion to CEI Practice Lead  for the West Region.

With more than 18 years of experience in the industry, Jeff has led a wide range of complex transportation and infrastructure projects across the western United States. He previously served as Lochner’s Colorado CEI Lead and has held key leadership roles with national firms, delivering owner’s representation, program management, and construction oversight for large-scale heavy civil and design-build projects.

In his new role, Jeff will lead and grow CEI teams across the West Region, supporting project delivery and advancing a shared commitment to exceptional infrastructure solutions.
