Scott Kluesner serves as Midwest Regional Manager, leading client relationships, business development, operations, community engagement, and talent development across Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio. He drives regional strategy and leads high-quality project delivery that supports communities and infrastructure throughout the Midwest.
Prior to Egis, Scott was the Director of Contracts for Beam, Longest and Neff (BLN) a transportation engineering firm headquartered in Indiana. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Indiana University Indianapolis.
