Paul A. LoetePE

Paul Loete is our Highway & Bridge Practice Lead. He has more than 25 years of experience with transportation, environmental, stormwater, and municipal engineering projects in Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin. Prior to becoming a member of our Egis team, Paul held leadership roles that leveraged his expertise in formulating strategic direction and driving business diversification and expansion. He served as the Director of Highways and Chief Engineer for the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) where he supervised an array of high-profile projects. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
