Mike Arellano

Mike Arellano serves as South Central Regional Manager, leading client relationships, business development, operations, community engagement, and talent development for Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. With nearly 30 years of distinguished leadership in transportation engineering and infrastructure delivery, Mike is responsible for advancing regional growth strategies and delivering high-quality solutions that support communities throughout the South Central region.

Prior to joining Egis, Mike served as Austin District Deputy District Engineer for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), where he oversaw district-wide operations and led strategic initiatives to enhance mobility, infrastructure performance, and organizational effectiveness.  Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
