Marcello Pozzoni serves as CFO, bringing more than 25 years of experience in finance and business leadership to steward Egis’ business performance and advance the company’s growth strategies. Prior to joining Egis, Marcello served as CFO for SGS, a leading testing, inspection and certification company with 2,500 laboratories across 115 countries.
He has partnered closely with executive and operational leaders to strengthen financial and operational disciplines, enhance business performance, support strategic growth, and guide organizations through periods of transformation.
Marcello holds a degree in Economics and Business from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
